HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT A COMPUTER THAT HAS A PROBLEM

Error: YOUR PC NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED. 

- issue happens because the computer cannot boot to windows meaning something happened with the OS.

The instructions say press f1 or f2; however, when you press it doesn't work.

To fix, turn off the pc and turn it on again and keep pressing f12, until it goes back to normal.

The error for this situation was that the performance of the computer was very slow. 

-initially when you started it commenced with other applications which slowed it down.

-To fix the issue some steps were done repair it.

• The first thing I did was to disable all the services not needed.
• Then I change the performance to be high.
• Also, the computer was optimized.
• Likewise, I went ahead and clean the disk for better performance.
• The temporary file was also deleted.
• I hide some windows services that were not used.
• In the Registry Editor we changed the mouse hover times to 10 and the desktop to 10 also.

Fixing the laptop so that the website can work

The webpages didn't wanted to work so i went on settings and it needed a update so i updated it and den i saw that i needed Wifi but the problem was that it didn't wanted to work either so what i did i open my laptop and hotspot the same wirfi and then it work so i went and fixed the date and time since it was all incorrect. then i went to update and download another windows version so after that i went and checked if the website where working but before i did that i restarted it then i saw that all the webpages where working nicely!!
